Get to know the best smartphones for this 2017

I had barely started the year when we were already receiving news about different announcements concerning some of the big smartphones. During the events in the CES 2017 the Huawei 9 Pro and Lite were presented, as well as the Honor X. At the same time, Asus announced the  Zenfone Ar, Xiaomi showed their new version of the Mi Mix, Blackberry achieved surprising the attendees with the Mercury and LG launched their K line along with the Stylus.

However, this does not cover it all, because as February end the Mobile World Congress will take place where the world will know of a few new other smartphones models and apart from it, there will be other presentations throughout the year.

That’s why we want to show you a summary of the most outstanding smartphones of 2017.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and 8 Edge

Has already been confirmed that Samsung does not intend to submit the Galaxy S8 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) but to carry out this launch at a private event, which will take place in the city of New York.

As far as is known, the new Samsung flagship will be presented in two models: one with a 5,8” screen and the other with a 6,2”, both equipped with Super AMOLED screens and 4K resolutions.

The batteries for these devices will be of 3000mAh and 3500mAh, depending on the model. In addition, they will carry a 4GB RAM memory and 64GB of internal storage with the ability to expand it with a MicroSD card up to 256GB. One of these devices will have a Snapdragon 835processor, and the other will have the latest Exynos version.

Up to now the novelty of these terminals is their virtual assistant Bixby, which is rumored, will cause controversy.

Nokia

Until now there is no much information about what’s new in this company, however, it is known that the company HMD, who bought the rights for the Nokia products production will make an appearance in the MWC and will offer a conference in Barcelona on February 26th. It is likely that during that meeting we get to know a new smartphone which up to now has very little reference, however has generated great expectation.

Huawei P10

The Chinese company will bring to the MWC their new models the P10 and the P10 Plus. The two devices will be including two rear cameras that have been developed by Leica, 12 megapixels of resolution and 8-megapixel camera in the front. In the same way, both teams will have a built-in iris reader.

Some rumors say that the P10 will have a 5,2-inch screen, fingerprint reader and a 3,100mAh battery, will have also a HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, and would be presented in two versions: one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and the other with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

On the other hand, the P10 Plus possesses a 5,5-inch sided curve display and QuadHD resolution, two fingerprint readers and a 3.650mAh battery. As far as processor, with a Kirin 965 processor and like the P10 will have two versions: the first 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and the other with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Google 2 Pixel and Pixel XL 2

The Pixel series are the first smartphones manufactured completely by Google which have managed to captivate users thanks to their camera. The quality of the photos that can be taken with these devices as well as the association of the Google Assistant are some of the highlights, but there are still points to optimize.

The design shows no signs of innovation and much less elegance. If much their processor has a high rate of speed, still lacks to become the fastest on the market, in addition, it is also water resistant.

Users expect that the second generation of these smartphones settle its outstanding issues and can provide a terminal that really highlight and shines among others. Probably the announcement of the new model should arrive in October of this year.

Moto G5

It is expected that February 26th , during the Lenovo’s press presentation, the new Moto G5 will be unveiled, which according to some rumors, will have a 5-inch screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB of storage and a 2800mAh battery.

You can certainly appreciate that this is a mid-range device without significant progress in terms of hardware, however, will come from the factory with the most current version of Android, the so called Nougat. On the other hand, the main camera will come out with a resolution of 13 megapixels and the secondary or front one with 5 megapixels.

In the meantime, the Moto G5 will have a 5,5-inch screen, Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB of RAM and a 3.080mAh battery.
